RULES FOR THE SAFE USE OF ENTERTAINMENT

General provisions:

Dreverna Recreation and Entertainment Port (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) is a leisure and entertainment center located at Pamario str. 12, Dreverna, Klaipėda district, which consists of inflatable and stationary trampolines (5 units in total), basketball and volleyball courts, other attractions and games.
The visitor acquires the right to use the services provided at the entertainment center by purchasing a ticket from the Operator, receiving a permit or invitation to visit the recreation and entertainment port from the Operator, or entering the port in other ways specified by the Operator.
Every visitor who has purchased a ticket, received a permit from the Operator or an invitation to visit the Dreverna Recreation and Entertainment Port, or otherwise acquired the right to visit the Dreverna Recreation and Entertainment Port and enters the Dreverna Recreation and Entertainment Port automatically confirms that he is familiar with Dreverna port and unconditional and irrevocable commitment to comply with them.

Operating requirements:

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE TRAMPOLINE WHEN THE WIND IS STRONGER THAN 38KM./VAL (10 m / s),
2. THE USE OF A NON-APPROVED TRAMPOLINE IS PROHIBITED. Always inspect the trampoline and its attachment points before and during use and secure if necessary.
3. It is FORBIDDEN TO USE A WET TRAMPOLINE OR THOUGHT.

Trampoline parking requirements:

There must be no debris and / or sharp objects at the trampoline parking area.
2. Place the trampoline on a level surface with no more than 5 percent slope in any direction.
3. For mains connection (trampoline only works in the presence of electricity). The maximum distance to the socket must not exceed 20m.
4. There must be no communications (irrigation systems, electrical networks, water supply, etc.) at the trampoline construction site.
5. A free zone shall be maintained around the inflatable trampoline free of obstructions which could cause injury. Objects to be avoided include, but are not limited to, fences, buildings, trees, branches, walls, and water bodies or springs above the construction site. This free zone must be determined by dividing the height of the highest platform by two. The minimum empty area must be at least 1.8 m. to the trampoline walls and 3.5 m. at the open sides of the trampoline

Usage requirements:

On the inflatable trampoline:

Never leave children jumping on a trampoline without adult supervision.
The trampoline is intended for children from 3 years of age up to 150 cm in height and weighing up to 60 kg. The total weight of the children on the trampoline must not exceed 350 kg.
The trampoline can be played by 4 to 8 children at a time (depending on the weight and height of the children having fun).
Climbing on a trampoline is not recommended for pregnant women, infants, or children and adults who have had head, neck, spine, or other musculoskeletal injuries.
The following is prohibited on the trampoline:
5.1. Wear shoes.
5.2. Drink, have, carry any beverages and food;
5.3. Perform any acrobatic tricks, wrestling actions, jump on top of each other;
5.4. Hang any decorations, garlands and other accessories;
5.5. Jump closer than 1 m from the trampoline entrance / exit;
5.6. Climb and slide down the descent for more than one child at a time;
5.7. Exercise the trampoline down your head or on your stomach;
5.8. Use the trampoline for several people at once;
5.9. Use the trampoline skateboard until the person who has previously skated has safely left the landing site.
5.10. Shoes, belts, spectacles, and all other jewelry;
5.11. Any sharp objects;
5.12. Any animals;
5.13. Climb on trampoline safety nets, pull them;
5.14. Put any trampoline items in your mouth;
5.15. Climb heavier than 60 kg;
6. It is recommended to group children by age.
7. It is forbidden to climb on the trampoline while the trampoline is being blown / released.
8. It is forbidden to touch the trampoline compressor, except for a trained responsible person.
9. It is forbidden to unfasten the air release zippers and straps on the trampoline while having fun on the trampoline, i.e. y. using a trampoline.
10. When rain, storms, lightning start – take the children out of the trampoline immediately and turn off the trampoline compressor.
11. To safely remove children from the trampoline in the event of a power failure.

On a stationary trampoline:

Never leave children jumping on a trampoline without adult supervision.
The trampoline can be played by 4 to 8 children at a time (depending on the weight and height of the children having fun).
Climbing on a trampoline is not recommended for pregnant women, infants, or children and adults who have had head, neck, spine, or other musculoskeletal injuries.
Only enter / exit the trampoline with a designated ladder.
The following is prohibited on the trampoline:

16.1. Wear shoes;
16.2. Drink, have, carry any beverages and food;
16.3. Perform any acrobatic tricks, wrestling actions, jump on top of each other;

16.4. push, abuse or otherwise interfere with other visitors;

16.5. bring animals;

16.6. intentionally jumping on the padding (sides) of the trampolines, pulling them or getting hot on them, sitting;

16.7. remove or discard foam cubes;

16.8. use damaged or otherwise inoperable equipment, inventory and / or tools;

16.9. jump or jump on the safety net, pull it;

16.10. in the foam cube pool, landing is only possible on the legs, back or abdomen.

Descending into the foam cube pool in another body position is strictly prohibited;

16.11. dive into the foam cube pool down the head;

Responsibility:

When visiting the Dreverna leisure and entertainment port, visitors must be polite to other visitors, including their friends, and adhere to generally accepted standards of conduct and good morals.
Accompanying parents, guardians and / or adults are fully responsible for the care and safety of minors, persons with disabilities. Under no circumstances shall the staff and / or administration of the Dreverna Recreation and Entertainment Authority be responsible for the care and safety of visitors to the Dreverna Recreation and Recreation Port, including, without limitation, minors and / or persons with disabilities.
Visitors must be aware that using the services provided by the Pole and Amusement Port Dreverna (including, without limitation, jumping, performing various tricks and / or movements in the trampoline area), even in compliance with these rules, may result in injury, injury and / or injury. other injuries and / or health problems.
